Yes, our service is 100% free for customers. You can search, connect and leave supplier reviews at no cost at all.
If the search feature returns unsatisfactory results for your location, we will gladly email you with our local recommendations. If you are in a position to get quotes of work, then we can assist with this also. To get a quote, please tell us more about your telecoms requirement using this form here and we’ll conduct our research ahead of arranging quotes from up to three local, trusted telecoms companies. Please note, we do not charge a penny for leads generated by this service.
If you are looking for a supplier so you can leave a review, please input the full company name into the search box on this page here. If the supplier is listed on TrustedTelecoms.com then your search should return a relevant result. If however the supplier is not listed on TrustedTelecoms.com, you can leave your review via the web form here. We will process the review and inform the supplier of your feedback.
Not always, it could be that your supplier hasn’t gotten round to creating their supplier listing yet. If this is the case, then you are welcome to invite them to join TrustedTelecoms.com and we’ll take the necessary steps to approve their listing.
A TrustedTelecoms.com membership costs just £99.99 per year, and this includes one listing in one location.
Please register your account using the ‘Supplier Signup’ button in the main menu of our website. You will then have access to the supplier dashboard where you can input your required supplier details, prior to adding your listing. Once you’ve created and submitted your listing, it will then require admin approval in order to be searchable. You will receive an email requesting membership payment prior to the approval of your listing. Once payment is received, your listing will go live within 24 hours.
We’ve created a dummy listing here. Please feel free to save the listing images for image size and quality requirements. Listing quality is a factor for approval, but our support team are on hand to guide you through the process.
There are a number of reasons why we might decline your listing, please check your email for a breakdown of these. Typical reasons for a decline may include: inaccuracies in your supplier setup or listing information, the quality standard of your listing or website, your online score (on Trustpilot for example), historical adverse information we have on file and adverse information from vendors or service providers in the sector.
